Over the last 4 years, Donna McCallum (aka The Fairy Godmother), has helped over 3000 people in South Africa, Europe and the USA to realize their dreams and goals and has helped small and big companies like Nedbank, Mica Hardware, Estee Lauder, Sun International etc. align their teams and start getting the results that they want. Her inspiring talks, workshops and online training programs leave audiences enthralled and able to Dream Big and then just do it!

Her success led to her being approached by South Africa's largest publisher to write a book - "The Fairy Godmother's Guide to Getting What you Want" which is now available in stores throughout South Africa.

In 2007/8 she amused South Africans by doing her crazy Fairy Godmother Antics every Saturday with Kevin Fine on 5fm. In 2009 Donna was nominated by the Mail and Guardian as one of the 300 most influential young South Africans.

Prior to being a Fairy Godmother, Donna McCallum was a successful entrepreneur who has started, run and sold a number of successful businesses in both Marketing and IT.

Equal Zeal® founder Zelna Lauwrens is a daring dreamer who has experienced the power of living her dreams after attending a workshop with Donna, the Fairy Godmother in 2007. Through mapping out her dream of providing young people with the building blocks for a balanced life she has managed to open 19 franchised branches of Equal Zeal® countrywide in only 5 years as well as publish two books.

Equal Zeal® was initially conceptualised to provide valuable life tools for a generation of children growing up in an age of advancements like no other with crime, divorce, drugs, violence, suicide, promiscuity, depression and learning difficulties a sign of our times. With so many toxic influences, our young people are at risk of losing their way and thus their dream of an ideal life and dream career may be jeopardised. Through structured support in the form of self development programmes, motivational tools & resources which inspire and motive, young people are given the tools for pursuing their future ambitions.

Equal Zeal® provides the necessary support to teenagers once Donna has inspired them to become clear on their BIG career goal. The follow on to the Mapping Your Dream Career workshop run by Equal Zeal® facilitators is based on the Zeal Challenge® journal and looks at challenging teens to accept responsibility for their lives by deciding what they want and setting goals for moving forward on the pathway of success.

This support is provided in two ways:

• Zeal for Life® 12-session Individual Coaching Programme which provides a toolkit for daily living that enhances future success.
• The Zeal Challenge® group workshop which is based on the Zeal Challenge® journal providing structured daily activities and reflection opportunities that are meant to inspire personal growth and motivate positive living.
